What if we don't end up trading him and he's here for the next couple of years? Don't need to kill a guy mentally over his bad play. Yeah he needs to pick that up, I'm sure he's picked up on that memo. I want the guy gone but no need to make players feel like they're wortheless here.

Don't turn on the players to lower their value.

Turn on the incompetent GM who put them in a place way above their talent level.

I mean, we all hated Hoffa, but in reality it wasn't his fault that he got picked at 8 by Babcock. Both needed to go, yes. But more of the blame goes to the person constructing the dysfunctional talentless team.
