Like I've mentioned before;

To Milwaukee
- Kyle Lowry
- Kleiza

To Toronto
Brandon Jennings
Ersan Ilyasova

Jennings/Derozan backcourt would be nice. I highly doubt this trade would happen though.

i say a deal like this would work for both teams

bargnani/lowry/Davis

for Cousins/Evans

Val/Cousins/Derozan/Evans/Jose with Ross/Amir off the bench is a great core

Casey: yeah I know, we needed spacing
BC: play him more (walks away)

If Ilyasova comes in then Bargs must go the other way.

How about
Lowry, Kleiza, Bargs for Jennings,Ilyasova,Gooden+lotto protected 1st 2013(#20 right now.)

If they want to keep the pick, they can take Fields instead of Kleiza.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Why would the Bucks do this though? Lowry is almost par with Jennings, and Ersan is better than both Bargnani and Kleiza. We will need to give the more than this.

Utah's Mo Williams is out indefinitely, and Jazzs is in the Western Conference, which mean every game is the key for them. I see the Jazzs looking for a Point guard now. They got many bigs, but don't know if they are willing to part one of them. But I see Marvin Williams and Alec Burk available, since either of them playing well.
Trade Calderon and Sac king's second round pick for Alec Burk and Marvin Williams. Salary matched.
Since the T-wolves are struggling, they need a boost. trade Andrea Bargnani, Kleza and John Lucas to the Minnesota for Derrick Williams and JJ Barea,Greg Stiemsma. Salary matched.
Lowery
DeRozan
Marvin Williams
Ed Davis
Jonas Val
Bench:
JJ Barea
Terrence Ross
Allan Anderson
Mickael Pietrus
Derrick Williams
Amir Johnson
Landry Field
Greg Stiemsma
Q Arcy
A Gray

Bargnani, Calderon for Okafor, Ariza and Vesely. TOR clears the last year of Bargnani's deal for 24.5 mil of expirings in Okafor, Ariza and Vesely. But we also take on 13 mil+ in salary next year. In total with Kleiza's deal we have 29 mil of expendable expirings to play with this summer and take a flier on Jan

Sign me up for that. Only concern is the big glut in SF after the trade but that's no biggie.

How did the Washington fans take this deal? They really need a PG since Wall might be out the entire year. Then again, they might be tanking hard for 1st overall.

Jan cannot play basketball, we just load ourselves with even worse vets for another season, makes no sense

- Extend BC first and foremost
- Get Jose extended for 5 ys/100 million $
- Trade everybody except Bargs and Fields.

Switch the name to "TORONTO CRAPTORS"

We're on this way to see that

we'll have to wait for the off-season for this one

Lakers acquire Linas Kleiza

Raptors acquire Chris Duhon

The Lakers have been trying to get rid of Duhon for a while now I know and if they can't get rid of him by the off-season, they might bite.

I'm pretty sure we can't take on that much net salary for next season and stay below the luxury tax threshold, so it's a non-starter. Then there is the lost opportunity cost of maybe not being able to re-sign Alan Anderson who may want more than the vet minimum for next season. So you would be sacrificing talent to add little or no discernible talent. Not a concept.

Gerald Wallace?

Post#17 » by rapsanity » Sat Dec 29, 2012 3:45 pm

I've wanted Crash on this team for years. With Nets playing like crap, could this year finally be the year we acquire him?

How about a simple trade of Crash (and maybe Childress) for Bargnani?

I would love to see Crash in Toronto. Realistically don't think it will happen.

wont happen, no older (good) vet will want to play here. Our only chance is players who need a change of scenery or younger guys who arn't established.
