Hill is injured too. Howard is claiming a week and needs no surgery. We'll see.

This is something else. The Lakers frontcourt is absolutely depleted now. D'Antoni now saying Howard may be out indefinitely? MWP playing spot minutes at the 5? They've got OKC, SAS and MIA coming up in their schedule. This is going to be fun to watch.

They need Bargnani it seems.

They don't have their pick, Andrea is injured himself, why would we want Artest's contract, nothing of what you write makes the least bit of sense.

Now sending them Aaron Gray would be another matter.

Torn labrum doesn't necessarily require surgery. If he managed to finish the game with that injury, there's no reason to believe it would be a season-ending injury.

He'll be back in a week or two.

If the Lakers want Calderon and Bargnani, there's no way a deal can be done without a third team. There's virtually no asset that the lowly Raptors would even want at this point.

Dwight Howard isn't working in L.A. He's a better fit in T-Dot. Get 'er done BC :)

There's nothing on that team anyone wants. Id take Jordan Hill but that's not enough to get anything done. They are screwed

A team that has trouble keeping guards in front of them now have zero interior defense. This is not good.

Trade Acy to them for a pick. Acy will grab all of Howard and Gasol's rebounds.

The ongoing saga of the Lakeshow Meltdown is currently warming the cockles of my heart. I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I read about another disaster.

Unfortunately, this means I'm also being set up for crushing disappointment when the Lakers somehow manage to re-vamp their roster with Dirk, Bynum, and Chris Paul next year.....oh hell

Should be out for several weeks, but could be out for the entire season if he he has to get surgery.

You can see the joy in Kobe's eyes. SO MANY SHOT ATTEMPTS.

Big hit to the Lakers but if he was out long-term I think Pau picks it up. He'll get to play his actual position.
