Robert Sacre averages 0.5 points and 0.8 rebounds per game will start for the Lakers tomorrow night against the Rockets.

The ongoing saga of the Lakeshow Meltdown is currently warming the cockles of my heart. I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I read about another disaster.

Unfortunately, this means I'm also being set up for crushing disappointment when the Lakers somehow manage to re-vamp their roster with Dirk, Bynum, and Chris Paul next year.....oh hell

Big hit to the Lakers but if he was out long-term I think Pau picks it up. He'll get to play his actual position.

this lakers team wasn't cracking the WCF regardless if dwight and pau are 100% healthy

Lakers will send the least favorable of their own 1st round pick (top-14 protected), Cleveland's own 2013 1st round pick, Sacramento's own 1st round pick (top-13 protected) and Miami's 2013 1st round pick to Phoenix. This sucks only in that the Lakers will use these injuries as an excuse as to why they crashed and burned this year, conveniently forgetting that they were crashing and burning with everyone healthy. They would have been life and death to make the playoffs with or without Howard and Gasol. I was looking forward to them squeaking into the playoffs and getting bitch slapped by the Spurs or Thunder in the 1st round.

What a poorly constructed team. Nash going there made little sense, even with D'antoni there he still can't play with Kobe, they just don't mesh. I bet Nash regrets not going to Toronto now.

Hahaha this did not even cross my mind before now. So if the Lakers finish out of the playoffs and get a lottery pick, they lose it to Phoenix? Talk about a deal for the Suns.

Also: wait, do the Lakers own both Cleveland and Sacramento's 2013 1st?? Say it ain't so.
