No mention of a Toronto residence. He's not re-signing.

He most likely doesn't own a house in Toronto because of taxes. Players don't have to pay as much taxes if they live here temporarily so they will always rent instead of own a home.

). This house that he bought will be great when he bolts to the lakers in a few years though.
