OT: How is Rasual Butler Still Getting Deals?

I think my favourite Rasual Butler thing ever was when he got the 5 second call, having not played a single minute that game, and one of the posters here posted "Business as Rasual".

How many guys actually make a team's regular rotation? 9? 10 at the most?

So now you're left filling out the roster with 5 other warm bodies. If you were an NBA coach, why wouldn't you take a couple of Rasual Butler types that you know are mature, solid in the locker room, won't get into trouble or cause headaches over their playing time, and can even give you a couple of decent games over the season if they get hot?

I'm not saying Rasual Butler doesn't suck. He does. But I'm not shocked to see him hang around the league.
