I'm just hoping Wiggins commits. If he doesn't it will make things much harder. I think all teams will be more loaded than last year because this is a qualifying tournament for Rio in 2016.

considering the other group is Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Panama, and Mexico - im not sure how they came up with these groups. i feel like we could take each of those teams but none in our group other than hopefully cuba

he is def. a difference maker at this stage.

problem is without him, and without his full commitment (ie. dont just show up and play, try to practice early with team ect) we can go far. and if the other guys let him dominate (obv team ball is needed, but i hate when guys dont let the star shine like kentucky).

we shall see how the roster lines up. his health could be a factor, never know. nba comes first with all players.

You think Venezuela has a better basketball team then Brazil? I think Brazil wins there pool pretty easily, and I think Canada, considering all the NBAers participate, can take Cuba and Venezuela and will compete with Puerto Rico and Argentina. Should be good games.

If everyone commits. And they play the Pan Am as pre tourney. I like our chances. We have the talent.

Argentina aren't what they used to be, not sure if those guys are even going to play, Vasquez always seem to look unstoppable in international play similar to Carlos Arroyo

Yeah or even Spain. There's no reason Canada shouldn't have a top 3 team based on our talent. Most non-US players in the league with some top talent like Wiggins. I really hope things improve for our national team.
