Yup, he's wearing the necklace as an indication of his plans to sign with the Toronto Raptors in 6 years.

Reps up sounds like Raps up which mean's we're on the rise with Wiggins we already know Durant is coming here thanks to drake which further helps the Raps up I'm Sold... Raps in 4
