I wish these puckhead reporters would do us a favour and never talk about ball again.. They always seem to have hidden agendas to tear down anything that isn't hockey related .. They are so insecure and threatened by the growth of other sports. I've never understood this mentality of attacking other sports.. And if they ever do write anything even remotely positive there are hockey comparisons throughout the whole article.. This guy was ripping ball last week on Twitter going off about how most sports beat ball when it comes to ratings but they seem to always fail to mention how the raps have been around the least amount of time, is the fastest growing sport among young people and that most fans choose other means of watching the games like streaming and these aren't factored into the neilsen ratings.

Steve Simmons basically epitomizes everything people don't like about Toronto Media. He's the douche who ripped on every athlete who's left the city in the past year IIRC. (Phil Kessel, Lou Williams, Jose Reyes etc.)

This pretty much sums it up and Olbermann in that clip tears in to him for it. I'm no Kessel fan but his article about his departure is pure trash. Same with this one. If he really wanted to do research and write about how the NBA has treated Toronto he could have but he decided to take shots at the Raptors as well throughout.
