Man this obsession in our society that everyone older than 20 years old is already "too old" is beyond stupid. If society wasn't so obsessed with this kind of thing and examined people on their ability and proven work ethic, people wouldn't be forced to lie.

Age cannot measure work ethic. In the meantime, our best draft pick since Demar has been Norm and he was considered "too old."

It matters in teens. A 21 year old man is going to destroy 17 year old kids. How can you get a handle on the guy's skills at that point?
