Lowkey, that's the reason his shot has been off. He's been practising his weak hand. Next season, he will begin to use his dominant hand and dominate offensively.

NormGod is gonna be a solid 2 way player. I'm very excited for next season, he's gonna make a big leap in growth of his game. Just wait and see.

Don't feel bad, we have such a piss poor record with second rounders, they either suck or never get enough floor time to determine if they suck. It is not unusual for us to ignore our second round picks.

Not everyone disliked the pick :)

There was one particular poster from that thread that caught my eye and he seemed to nail it.

Dukenukem23 wrote:Good pick for a second rounder. 40" vertical, 6' 11" wingsoam and 8' 7" reach and he's only 6' 4". Known as a solid defender and terrific athlete. At 46 how can you hate on that? I didn't love the Delon wright pick but this guy looks like a nice cheap Ross replacement once he develops.

If we pickup the team option for the 17-18 season, does that not make him unrestricted?

No. He'd be restricted, and we'd have Bird rights.

OK that's ideal. Powell would be great as the starting PG of the future if he keep developing as we all hope. Question is, what do we do wit Kyle at that time? He will be 1 year into a five year max deal
