I remember how pointless this trade was.

or the time he got shawn marion for half a year. What an idiot he was glad hes gone. Traded Oneal that gave them the capspace later to form the big 3 including signing our star player away from us

The Thunder freed up more space for Miami than we did. And then lost to the Heat in the finals.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

And IMO I already see signs of so many people setting themselves up for HUGE disappointments should things not work out with Norman Powell. It's a typical pattern on these boards, people just keep building up a player day-by-day in their minds to a level the said player could never in their wildest dreams ever live up to. Then they get devastated and trash the player HARD when reality finally hits. Just like they did with Terrence Ross when so many were claiming he would be better than DeRozan and we all know how that story turned out.

dont worry, norm looks a lot better than ross ever did.

Hate hoping a player gets hurt, but if chris paul goes down for a stretch and get a 7th or 8th seed this trade will be an all time steal. The 15th pick in a strong draft would be incredible.

Considering both griffin and Paula injury history, the potential of even one of em going down is huge. Preferably its Paul going down cus he's the best player on that team.not so sure getting a good pick will help us tho cus it seems like poetl will be shafted on the bench for a yr like Delon was
