Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I just heard on the news that Sully's getting surgery to have a metal screw put in his foot. The more we know, the worse it sounds...

This will be tougher lose for Sullinger than Raptors. He was playing for contract, and I suspect even in the best case scenario he won't be at 100% until the all-star break.

Assuming Sully is back and healthy by playoffs, this might actually be a good thing for the team. Looks like Bebe will get Biz's 15-18 min. What is up for grabs now is Scola 10min per game to start 1st/3rd quarters. I rather throw Siakim/Poetle in the deep end now to see if they can swim as opposed to finding out in the playoffs or late season.

Just like every Raptors signing. There is always a reason they settle on coming up North. Other teams do their research before offering contracts.
