Seeing Amir in another jersey brings tears to my eyes :( Wish he was here for all the success we're having now.

Wish Thomas was playing so they couldn't make any excuses.

If Bradley/Smart are able to suppress what we get from KLow/DD - it'll be interesting to see where else we get offense from in this one.

Oh, I wasn't aware of that. It'll be interesting to see their offense without Thomas. He is rocking a 33.4% USG. #7 in the league.

He is their offense.

They scored 117 points against Orlando without him. But that's Orlando. They beat them 117-87 so it was a thorough beat down.

I don't get what their gm is doing, or their FO for that matter. Are they tanking or trying to get to the playoffs. Why would they prefer Fournier over oladipo? Why is biyombo getting more minutes than Vucevic? Why did they give so much for a 1 year ibaka rental coming from an off year? Why are they trying to make Aaron Gordon into a SF? So many mysteries.

This year, the Raps are 15-3 (+201) against teams that didn't play in the NBA finals last year.

Raps are also 15-2 against teams not named SAC/CLE.

No Isaiah Thomas means we basically win by default. That team cannot play offense without IT

Scored 117 without him last game, won't be able to take advantage of him defending Lowry.

It isn't exactly difficult to score vs our defense

They will increase their flopfense to make up for it. I'm not expecting a win on the road in this scenario, but it should be a good game.

Ok but are we just happy to be taken out in 5 or 6 by a team that played in the NBA finals last year ? or do we want to win it all?

sidenote. I would not want to face Chicago 'early' in the playoffs. but anyway 22 games in only.

DD will take Bradley in the post and shoot over him from all over the floor. He'll do his usual thing.

Lowry never seems to be affected by the guy guarding him. It takes a team effort to have any effect on him.
