The best thing about getting Ibaka ahead of the deadline is that we're not desperate to make a move at the deadline now. Our biggest need has already been filled.

There may have been more competition for Ibaka closer to the deadline.

nope. i'm glad we got Ibaka. no other significant PF readily available. great move. would probably include another young piece if there was a bidding war

Add the Kings to the list of GMs who think Masai has fleeced them in the past. The Raps had a very strong offer.
I get that the Kings want to tank and love Buddy but he is in no way a replacement for Cousins. Trading Cousins to your own half of the league? I'm just happy he didn't go to the Celtics,
The Raps are trying and I'm happy with Ibaka. This waiting for the next game sucks.
