10 games left. Raps need to go 7-3 to win 50 for the 2nd straight year. They are projected for a 49 win season at their current pace. Do they do it?

@ Mavs

vs Hornets
vs Pacers
vs 76ers
@ Pacers
@ Pistons (back to back game)
vs Heat
@ Knicks

I think we'll hit 50, right on the mark.

Dropping games to Indiana, Cleveland and Charlotte.

L @ Mavs
W vs Magic
W vs Hornets
W vs Pacers
W vs 76ers
L @ Pacers
W@ Pistons (back to back game)
L vs Heat
W@ Knicks
L@ Cavs

6-4 is my prediction, with 49 wins in total.

Split with Pacers, 3 wins in our last home stand, a W in NYC and L to the Cavs is guaranteed.

Running the table wouldn't be shocking if Lowry was healthy. So I'll say yes if they are playing for something right until the end. That is a pretty easy stretch.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Only chance that's an L is if the Cavs actually need to play their guys. I'll take the Raptors 4 through 15 against the Cavs 4 through 15 every time.

49-33 is such an ugly record to look at.. hopefully we hit 50. I'm expecting Cavs big 3 to rest the last game so that should be a win.

Last game of the season for the Cavs most likely, so it will be a tune up for the playoffs and LeBron will be playing.

Who cares about 50 wins if Cavs somehow falls to the 2nd place. We don't want to meet them in the 2nd round...that's the priority. 50wins, etc is just a gravy if it doesn't help us in the playoff

Does it really matter though if you play them in the 2nd or 3rd round? If the Raps want to go further than last year, they will need to beat them period.

The key for the Raps is to go into the playoffs playing well and with a healthy Lowry.

Depends, if we can give up a 10 point deficit early on in each game, we're certain to go undefeated.

If we jump out to any early leads then I'm not so sure.

@ Mavs Win by 10-15 pts
vs Magic Blowout win. Game will be decided by half time. Ross will shoot 4/16 with 0 3pters
vs Hornets Close game. Raps win by less than 5 pts
vs Pacers Blowout win. Paul George gives up on his team. Paul George, FURIOUS
vs 76ers Raps win within 10 pts
@ Pacers Blowout win. Paul George refuses to play. Raps win by 20+
@ Pistons (back to back game) Blowout win. DET still in shambles from the last time they played the Raps
vs Heat Raps win within 10-15 pts
@ Knicks Blowout win. Derozan swag too strong for Knicks to handle.
@ Cavs Both teams' starters sit out, and Raps bench > than Cavs bench, so win.

Yes it matters if we meet them in the 2nd round or 3rd round.

Lowry never played with Ibaka and Tucker before. More time for them to play with each other, the better it is for us.

I honestly don't think Lowry will be back before the playoff...

Those Pacers games might be tough since they are still fighting for the playoffs.
Pistons are on a back to back
Cavs will obviously depend on if they have the 1st seed wrapped up at that point

It definitely matters for recruiting purposes. We would be a two-time conference finalist instead of beIng the Atlanta hawks - just another team that is fodder for a Lebron James playoff run. Who knows whether or not that's a huge consideration for free agents, but I can't imagine it's completely irrelevant.

For me, it's more important how they play against the Cavs, regardless of round.

It's more impressive to lose to the Cavs in 7 in the 2nd round than lose to the Cavs in 4 or 5 in the 3rd round.
