Andrea after 3y not even close.

I remember people saying it took Dirk a few years to become the player he is now. Looking at the stats after 3 years and it's not even close. There is a 90% chance Andrea is a bust.

But look at what Okur did in his 4th year with the Jazz after he LEFT Detroit, so who knows?! There may still be hope for Bargs. I have a weird feeling the same thing will happen with bargs, knowing Raptor luck Bargs will turn into a All-star when we leaves lol.

Here we go again. He's not Dirk cause he sucks not cause he doesn't have the same shot attempts. Maybe if he'd start shooting over 40% he might play and shoot more.

Whats worse is that 1st year dirk is younger then 1st year Andrea

also charisma/confidence/competitiveness is the biggest way of determining which young player is going to be a star and Bargnani doesnt have it and it cant really be thought, young players like Stucky and Rose have it.
