I thought the condition for the JO/Marion trade was now based entirely on JO's health.

If he keeps missing these games, how inspired will Miami be to make the trade? :noway:

Jermaine has to be getting traded..I don't think they would keep him out another game..he was listed as probable for todays game yesterday....im guessing they will announce a deal tomorro.

they said JO was a healthy scratch yesterday. They need to stop insulting our intelligence like that. It's obvious he's getting traded within the next 3-4 days.

if JO isnt playing and he isnt traded i will be pissed. This is b.s your telling he cant even show up at our games. We pay him 23 milion a season and he wont even sit with the team. He better be gone im sick of this. Hes been hurt for so long its getting annoying. Let miami deal with this **** because i cant anymore

I'd prefer to keep Stew and give Monte Morris
I'd really prefer to keep Morris and Stew and give the great Killian Hayes and 2nd round picks

The flipside though is the unofficial word is that Miami is waiting to see how his knee holds up. So if they make the trade, without Jermaine seeing game action before, and he goes to Miami and misses any significant time before and/or during the playoffs, Riley will be crucified for making the deal without waiting to see how his health is.

Sort of a catch-22 now that word is out that Miami wants to evaluate him in game action. If he plays before any trade, he could re-injure himself, but if he doesn't play, how does Miami pull the trigger ?

First, the news:
No Jermaine O'Neal, trying to find out exactly what the official word is, I talked to O'Neal before the game and there was no word that this knee was sore, just needed rest and he did leave us with "I'm 199.99 per cent sure I'll play in Detroit."
I presume he meant Wednesday

thats from dougs blog. This is getting annoying. Horford isnt playing and yet JO cant? I thought they wernt playing him in back to backs but apparently he cant play today. Im sick and tired of his knee get him out of here.

They can't say a thing until it's official.

I hope this isn't the case, but I wouldn't be surprised if JO's knee swelled up a little after playing in the game the other day. If the tissue isn't completely healed, it will be sensitive to any kind of banging/ jarring.

I hope it is because he is traded & not because of lingering effects of the injury.

I think regardless of Jake being in foul trouble or not, I see Jawai getting like 5 min or so on the floor. At least I hope he does, been waiting too long to see him play.

No, there was no smoke on the court - I could see him limping pretty clearly

Jo should retire, he is just an embaressment to basketball players everywhere. I can find tougher players in any random junior high school girls game.

We need to trade j.o fast. His value is just decreasing every game he is not playing because no one thinks he is healthy.

I'm hurting right now. It's hard being a Raptor's Fan.

BC please god do something. This team needs a serious shake up.

Hire Charles Oakley as Assistant Coach. Maybe he can get the team going..
