Five if you consider the Virgin Islands as foreign

Ginobili 32
T. Parker 22
Bargnani 23
Ukic 22
Duncan 20

this has gotta be some sort of record

also, 4 white players with 20+ points, 4.5 if you include Parker

I'm sure the white guy thing isn't new. Or the foreign guy thing with Parker/Ginobili vs. Dirk and Nash (Canada! Woo!).
