That was an entertaining game, we had a few chances to win it but couldn't execute near the end. Someone should youtube that Kirilenko layup with the phantom call on AP that was epic.

Re: PG: Hurray we lose!
Deron Williams just worked Hose so badly during the second half. Are the Raps always going to switch, even if it means Bargs or any of our bigs end up guarding the point guard? Jake guarding a point guard would be awesome.

Re: PG: Hurray we lose!
Chalk this one up to the coach, that was a terribly coached fourth quarter.
The CB Isos were very good for the first little bit, but you cant run it in succession like Triano did today. I thought AP had a nice touch today, he could have used some shots of the curls. Everytime Bargs is isolated on the baseline, he drives and either scores or gets fouled but we never ran that either. No kick outs from CB Isos .. I dont see what Triano was trying to accomplish there.
BTW, cheering for the pizza today was in no way shameful. Remmember its a sunday game so there is alot of kids there. The parents are keeping them involved, the kids are looking forwards to their slice of pizza and the crowd was very good today. What is getting tired is ppl complaning about fans cheering for pizza.

Pops 11min with 7 rebs. Now just imagine how much more if he'd play in the 2nd half.

Does anyone know why Bosh refuses to pass on his ISO drives, i don't understand why he would rather run into 4 defenders than dish it out. The whole point of a franchise player is to attract attention and make your teammates better

They run the iso for Bosh to get a shot, not pass to teammates. It is the result of years of poor coaching and execution.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'

Re: PG: Hurray we lose!
BTW quick question,
It was my first chance to really pay attention to Milsapp today after all the talk hes been getting. Was today how he usually plays? If so he is really overrated. Ive seen people claiming that he would have been a better pick than Bargnani. If that is his regular game, I dont know what some people are smoking.

Because the rest of his teammates on the floor suck.

I credit Milsapp's success to coaching staff.

ping pong balls FTW !
How are they hicks? If the game is bad, may as well have fun cheering for something else.
I don't go to the game to make Raptors Nation look like a group of respectful, quiet individuals. I go to have a good time. And if that means sarcastically screaming my lungs out over some pizza, so be it.
How was the game bad ? It was pretty competitive for 3 and a half quarters.
You have a good time cheering for bad pizza ? Isnt that the definition of hick ?

I can't believe I completely missed this game and to make matters worst I was up in time. Anyone know where I can watch this thing again ?. I have RAPSTV so I'm not talking about the G.I.A.H. I want to see the full game.

Know what would have been better though? Actually screaming for your team to win when the game was close in the fourth quarter instead of sitting on your hands until we scored a hundred points.
And how was the game bad? The team made some mistakes but they were right in it until the end. where was the crowd? the lower bowl was deathly silent today.

Well, Millsap averaged better than 15 and 12 in his three years at Louisiana Tech (18 and 12 overall). The guy just goes out there and plays balls out. This is a great system for him, but I think he would be a David Lee type player on any team.

Re: PG: Hurray we lose!
I am just wondering why we did not go back to bargs in the 4th posting up AK47. Cause there were 2 times he had no chance on guarding that but he is one person that can slow down bargs in the bounce.

We scored 14 points in the 4th quarter!!! I hate this belief that all fans are obligated to go crazy all game for no reason. If I'm paying to watch the game, you're going to have to do something extraordinary to get me off my feet. Anyone who has been to Raptors game with me knows that I am always one of the loudest people there. I'm just sick of having to justify why I don't cheer when our win-loss record is as good a justification as any.

This team is loaded with shooters, Bosh is just a terrible passer. If you replace Chris Bosh on this team with Dwight Howard, we would be a very good team.
