Of all the malls in the city of Toronto, Albion Mall? at least go to a decent mall like Yorkdale or Woodbine.

Were talking about the City of Toronto, not the GTA, and FYI if he ever went to Square one i'd be there in a heart beat. Square one is like one bus ride away from my school

Detroit doesn't even look interested, I hope they decide to blow it up and we somehow swing Prince and Hamilton over to Toronto without giving up Calderon, Bosh, and Bargnani....and I wake up.

Am I hearing a rickroll?

Well according to a member on CB's forums:

Hey C B i went to the mall today and Pops was there...come on man I was pretty angry when I found out.... I would totally understand if something really important happened, but until I find out all of us gonna be sort of angry ..thanks C Bosh

ESPN's guys are right, Detroit's players don't even seem to look at each other, let alone communicate or show any camaraderie. I'm sticking with my prediction of a sweep.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Detroit did blow it up. Actually, I think they're going to make a run at Chris Bosh this summer--whether they have enough, that's up for debate. I only like Tayshaun Prince and Rodney Stuckey on that team, and they're pick is at 14th I think...still, Detroit will try for Bosh, but they'll probably whiff.

If that was written in the context I think it was, then geez, what an uneducated and ignorant statement. I mean, of course you would fail to understand that there are also fans who don't get the opportunity to attend games or don't have enough coin to drop for a jersey. smfh...

It's a really good show on CB to stick around and do these public appearances, especially in places where visible minority is prevalent. I'm sure he could have easily declined the invitation, but instead-- being the good dude CB is, he'll make the days of a lot of kids who otherwise wouldn't get a chance to see him in person.

Two things:

1. I was jokingly responding to JDilla saying CB doesn't shake hands.

2. Let's get something straight. CB doesn't show up anywhere just because he's a "good dude". He's getting paid.

That sucks for the fans who actually went to see Bosh.

As for some of the rest of the comments on here, some pretty ignorant ones in this thread. Players do these sort of things. It's not always about donating your money. Giving back also includes going somewhere for a public appearance and doing something as small as signing autographs. That's why you have these athletes going to "ghetto" malls. Since apparently it was Pops who went, I'm sure he didn't show up alone and they have security for these sort of things. Some of you need a reality check.

Maybe BC told Bosh that he is being traded!

The Raptors would sweep this sad Detroit team in a 7 game series right about now.

Why would Pops agree to that? Everybody's expecting to see Chris Bosh and instead he shows up? Sounds awkward to me.
