Amare to Golden State (Rumour for now)

Post#1 » by Silk Wilkes » Thu Jun 25, 2009 10:53 pm

It's been posted on the Suns board that Amare Stoudamire has been traded to Golden State and it's also on the General board.

Supposedly the deal in the wiretap or something similar to it has been completed despite what Nellie says.

I thought PHX was going after Chandler.
Steal for the Warriors.

Isn't it Biedrins + #7?

Another great trade and the raps counter by getting Evans.

Gotta love our GM.

The return is allegedly Biedrins and the 7th pick but I'm not the source, there's probably more info in the links provided.

Good deal for both teams. Phoenix, basically in the same position as us with Bosh, actually get something for him. Imagine that.

What if #7 becomes Harden? Pretty good value then.

Unless Randolph is going back, this is a steal for GSW..

I wonder who PHO wants with #7?

Kerr cleaning house baby! I wonder who GState gave up. If Phoenix gets AR, 7th, and Maggs then it's not a bad deal. Hell, I might have pulled the trigger on that for Bosh.

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Assuming Amare stays healthy (yeah, it could be a stretch) that seems real good for the Warriors.

dont get too happy raptor fans..we were hoping for GS to keep their pick so they would have selected Hill and allowed DD to fall. Now PHX will draft an sg/sf for sure..expect Harden/Evans to go to GS if they fall or even DD.

+1, we're not going to get anything back. People say Kerr is a moron, but everyone praises BC for keping Bosh and probably losing him for nothing next season.
