Hedo Turkoglu a possibility?

Now that the Magic have traded for Vince Carter, one could assume either:

a) They were not going to re-sign Turkoglu or
b) They are re-loading for a title run and are going to re-sign Turkoglu

If it's a), how likely is it that the Raptors could sign Turkoglu?

If the cap is around $57 million, and the Raptors do not option Patrick O'Brien, do not resign Marion, Parker, Delfino, they would have around $10 million in cap space to sign Turkoglu (including signing DD). The team would have little depth, but probably would be better over the next 5 years.

What does everything think?
