I'd say above average... that's not so much because Colangelo knows what he's doing (he doesn't) as it is because most other GMs seem to be borderline (Please Use More Appropriate Word) and totally unqualified for their jobs.
(I bet my use of the word (Please Use More Appropriate Word) will make someone on here cry and whine about how I'm immature while they ironically don't see that their over-sensitivity is more immature than the initial comment. I don't know how I will be able to live with myself knowing I offended some pasty losers )
