"Our goal is to be a very good playoff team. We have really good young talent, but also a little bit of experience," Lopez told HoopsHype.com. "So it's a good combination and I think we can go somewhere."

no Lopez will be making the playoffs this year.
not only does Better Lopez say the Nets are making the playoffs, but they will be a very good team i.e. go deep.

What do you expect him to say? They have no chance of making it?

I actually like what the Nets are doing. I think Lopez has good potential to be an all-star and Harris is already an all-star. And they have lots of cap room in 2010.

NJ has had a decent season and are 20 and 21
NJ offers up Harris, jianlian and two first rounders to Cleveland

deal is done, Brook makes the Playoffs and goes deep

Agreed. All we have right now is another paper tiger that hasn't proven anything, built from the remnants of a team that won 35 games? Not that I don't love what Colangelo has done, but they've proven as much in the 2009-10 season as we have....right now they're unbeaten and they haven't won a game. At least he's walking in with the right mindset.
