Ok , I've created a Head-to-Head League on Yahoo!; if you haven't played head-to-head, it's easy, max 14 teams and you play each team in week by week basis.
Playoff brackets are determined like in the NBA. I did my first head to head last season, with RealGM guys (Passion Central2008). There was sportsmanship, but trash talking which was very healthy, I hope this one is too.
