great first quarter. after the half, the old raptors started reappearing, everyone settling for jumpshots (except for jack).

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Come on, open your eyes, seems like basketball for you consists simply in running to the hole with your head down. We are losing against a team that has played together for years. We have 9 new players! Celts are not in mid season form, they are simply doing what they did any single time they were playing in the last 30 months. We had a decent first half, then, as usually happens in the real world (and not in the crazy mind of a raptors fan) the newest team showed its lack of confidence, experience and concentration, while the other team (a former nba champion team, which is still intact in his core) simply goes on playing as he use to do without even think about it. Seems to me that 15 point is a fair difference between a powerhouse and a brand new team. We had a lot of encouraging signals in this game, we saw what this team can be if they keep working hard day after day. I think that after this game there's really no reason to panac, we should be really happy to have the possibility to enjoy a team with this kind of potential.

I completely agree with you.

No it won't. One of Bargs/Bosh will always be on the floor.

And you make this assessment after one loss to the celts? Dependable is a word that is defined by a variable of time.....more than a game.

Why do you think Golden State let him go. He looks good on the youtube videos because they only show the shots he hits. However, in reality he isn't consistent. This is a HUGE PROBLEM

exactly, the so called second unit...will always have a Bosh, Bargs or Turk on the court with them. Triano has already stated that. JJ, Weems, DD, Rasho and Amir will NEVER be on the court at the same time during the season. I guarantee it. If they are...then either we are blowing a team out, or we are getting blown out.

Meh. We shot the ball better then them for fg%, and from 3pt%. We got to the line just as much. But they ended up with 10 more possesions then us because of 7 more offensive rebuonds, and 3 less TO's.

Gonna be hard to beat a team like the celtics when you're giving up 10 extra shots to them.

Well he did shoot 40% from 3 in golden state. I also watched his play this summer and he was knocking down shots. I think hes the type of player that needs to hit one to get going or else hes off all night. He needs to get in some type of rythm
