Except for the fact that fans missing a player isn't the same thing as a team missing a player.

Anyway this thread sucks. You're not convincing anyone OP.

Posey ship has sailed away (even I must admit, i was on that boat for the summer). I think you let this group grow together. To think we are the best offensive team without really having much time for chemistry (imagine in the future). The defensive is terrible but it will improve ( I mean there really is no way we can get worse right?).

Would preferably like a seasoned back-up pg who's steady in his own end... Anthony Johnson springs to mind.

This thread is pretty jokes.
Our team has lots of Vets.
Rasho, Evans, Hedo, Bosh.
I don't think I want to take on another player that is Hedo's age, unless its like 2 years from expiring.

I love James Posey but he is only a great defender in a good defensive system such as bostons. He hasn't made the same impact in NO and wouldn't make an impact like he did in Boston In Toronto

way to early in season to be seeking new players, we have a lot of players, a lot of which are still finding their roles.. a glue player hasn't even been given the opportunity yet to develop into a glue guy, were just seeing guys gain identities, amir is becoming an energetic big off the bench to keep the ball alive on the offensive end and play d, marco to spark offense, rasho to settle thing down, rotation, offense...

posey would be of no use to this team, he's a winner; just an expression people use, it means nothing, hedo is a winner, he's a veteran, bosh is the franchise player of this team, if players are going to be inspired by someone it should be him or one of the other core players of the team, and the coaches...

acquiring a veteran with our roster cap situation would be challenging and hardly worth it.. we don't need to acquire someone just for locker room presence..jack is great for that and can actually play...

raps are not that inconsistent this season anyways... memphis played well, we got lit up by spurs..orlando..perimeter players dont matter..if howard is dominating and being doubled, if they can knock down 3's anderson and redick are equivalent to vince/rashard..

we had a slow start against clips, can be expected..thats a long flight 6+ hours..important thing is we came back and won!>..

and ur talking based on moderate basketball i.q.?????

Rasho? They also have Jack, who might not be a veteran, but is definitely becoming the leader of the team.

I'd love to get Foster for Banks + POB. But he isn't a vocal guy that will get on everyone for their mistakes.

Ideal guys for that role would be Turiaf or Barnes.

He looks more Southern-White Trash than he does Euro-Dirtbag. That mustache of his hides nothing!

Amir Johnson, Antoine Wright and Sonny Weems for Stephen Jackson.

He's the type of veteren this team needs, and GS might be willing to give him away. Now I understand his history being a concern, but he's got the fire that would push this team.

c-Andrea Bargnani/Rasho Nesterovic
pf-Chris Bosh/Reggie Evans
sf-Hedo Turkoglu/Demar Derozan
sg-Stephen Jackson/Marco Bellini
pg-Jose Calderon/Jarett Jack

i'd do that in a heartbeat, but I doubt BC has it in him to pull the trigger
