He's not aboriginal

I know I know, I just think someone needs that nickname, and the connection to Stockton would be nice.

It's based on a true story.

But it also was the name of Oz's band in Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Classic.

From Twitter "Serious Exum" also I like my "H.E. Double Exum" though I don't know what the H.E. could stand for.

DAluXE??

I don't know, Exum is a pretty cool name as it is, and Dante doesn't have that gangster vibe that many US players have seeking a nickname (thank goodness).

Maybe we should go with a Roman Centurion nickname? Maybe something along the lines of Exumus Maximus (the greatest)?

Other options (meaning):

Exumus ANTONIUS (invaluable)
Exumus ARISTOCLES (best glory)
Exumus ARISTODEMUS (best of the people)
Exumus AURELIUS (golden)
Exumus BASILIUS (king)
Exumus BENEDICTUS (blessed)
Exumus CANICUS (born of fire)
Exumus CLETUS (famous, renowned)
Exumus ELPIDIUS (hope)
Exumus EMIDIUS (half-god, demigod)
Exumus EOLUS (nimble; quick-moving)
Exumus EUTROPIUS (versatile)
Exumus HEIRONYMUS (holy name)
Exumus HYPATIUS (most high, supreme)
Exumus LADISLAUS (rules with glory)
Exumus LEXUS (defender)
Exumus LUCIFERUS (dawn-bringer or light-bringer)
Exumus MAXIMUS (the greatest)
Exumus QUINTINUS (fifth)
Exumus SOPHUS (clever, skilled)
Exumus VALERIUS (to be healthy, to be strong)
Exumus VARIUS (versatile)
Exumus VERGILIUS (flourishing)

I like Dante Sexum as a nickname, but I really want a #11 jersey with "XENOPUS" on the back.

I just saw an email with the words Dental Exam in the title. My brain read it wrong the first time. I kinda like that as the nickname.

What happen to the good old days when the nickname had nothing to do with initials in their name? Like the Admiral, the Mailman, the Glove, etc... Dante should be the assassin or the dart

I was about to post this one before having a vague memory that someone had already hit it. Assuming he plays okay away from home, this is a perfect choice because it checks the Aussie box without being too obvious and also evokes speed/crazy energy.

Come on, guys -- doesn't this sound badass?
