Gordon Hay-BIRD

Post#1 » by BarneyGumble » Thu Nov 6, 2014 6:05 am

I don't feel like repeating what I wrote on the General Board, so I will just say Gordon's game has been speaking for itself lately and he reminded me of Larry Bird tonight.

I hereby dub our franchise player: Gordon Hay-Bird!

different types of players. Both good passers, but Bird was a dead eye shooter and much better scorer but Hayward can dribble and create more than Bird bc he is more athletic than Bird. Hayward reminds me of Scottie Pippen the last 3 games. Hay, Gorden be Pippin be my nickname for him LOL
Play with the Pass, Play with a Purpose, and Play with Pace along with Obvious Unselfishness....Coach Snyder says the sky is purple than Jazz players say nice purple sky! LONG LIVE THE MAD SCIENTIST!!!!

Shouldn't his nickname play off of one of history's worst tyrants since he's a demonic cretin for negotiating a salary to his advantage?

Get over it. You would take the money if you could get it. Everyone tries to make the most money they can in their employment.

Green font may have helped there, perhaps?

Well, Larry Bird did have the "Larry Bird Exception" of signing your own free agents to the max named after him. It just works on so many levels! White, a baller, from Indiana, max player, and clutch = Hay-BIRD!

I'm kidding, brother. I think the complaints are ridiculous.

Bud's right -- should've green-fonted it.

I like the Commish....Commissioner Gordon. New Adam Silver hasn't been cool enough to be called "the Commish".

But I can live with G-Money, like he is part of Cash Money. I don't even get what G-Time is suppose to be, usually these types are play on words, but is it suppose be like money time, but use first letter of name? That doesn't really work.

I just think Commissioner Gordon works well. But G-Time is an easier to say when he is sinking game winning shots.

OK sorry if I came off snappy. I too am very sick of it and I'm tired today I had a hard time sleeping after that game last night. The crowd had me pumped up I can't imagine hoe hard it is for player to sleep after games like that. I
m glad the Jazz didn't have a back to back.

No worries; I get riled up when people say that stuff too. We all negotiate the best deal we can.

Not G-Spot because Delonte West made him look like a p*ssy?

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Gowon Hayward (Yakubu Gowon)

Points for this pull. Hayward will quash any secession in that locker room!
