I would love Hill, but I have a hard time figuring out what the Jazz would be willing to give up that would convince the Pacers to let him go.

Wizards shopping Nene who has 1 year remaining at 13 million. Jazz should take him if we could get Oubre too. I would even toss in Warriors first to make I happen

Would Nenê be content being the third big?

If he's a problem eat his salary or trade him at the deadline. Oubre would be the key for me.

I seriously doubt they'd give up Oubre just to clear Nenê off their books.

Yeah I doubt they're going to part with the guy they traded up for. Plus I think Nene's contract is a little much. He also doesn't stretch the floor.

Trey Burke is the league leader in "all he has to do is make his shots" comments. It's making my head hurt.

Deandre to Dallas, if LMA signs with the Spurs I think it's a 4 horse race for two spots: LAC, DAL, UTA, and PHX.

Just for having Chris Paul and Blake Griffin I think Los Angeles is guaranteed a playoff spot unless one of them has injury problems.

I'm really hoping Phoenix doesn't sign LMA

They're definitely the favorite out of those four, but they do not have a replacement for DJ. If they're healthy they make it, but that is a fragile existence. If they lose Blake or CP3 for a 10-15 game stretch they get in danger zone really quick. Dallas, PHX, and UTA can all win 50 games if they have a good year.

Will the Spurs have to cut more salary now or did the Splitter trade take care of that ? Mills would be a great shooter off the bench but he's only making 3.2 million so the Spurs might be able to keep him. Diaw's making 7.5million. If the Spurs still need to cut money we have lots of cheap non guaranteed players which could fill out the Spurs roster or be released. I know Mills has been talked about on this thread but would anyone be willing to take Diaw as well?

Why not just trade for Nene, Tomas, and a 2016 2nd? Or just sign Sergio Rodriguez and Tibor?

Mills or Joseph. Strike now while the iron is hot! Spurs are chasing David West also. Take one of their point guards who already understand much of the Jazz offense.

I don't think they'd do anything if we just offered Deshaun Thomas.

I can't see any of the best Euro guards wanting to come over and be Exum's backup.

Which is the other reason why it won't happen. The Jazz have been very clear about their intentions. Exum will be the starter, they're not bringing in someone to take his minutes. The only spot available is for a backup PG.

How is Deshaun as a pro player? I remember him a little bit from Ohio State.
