He might be involved in trade discussions, which is also why that 375K issue might matter.

"Everything", meaning championship? Unfortunately, no.

Send Treyd and Booker to Washington for Nene and Satoransky. Sign Milos and Tibor, And maybe they do contend. It wouldn't shock me. Only with Exum at the helm (this coming season) would it shock me.

Cojo to Toronto, where he might end up teammates with Trey Lyles.

I forgot we had a free agency thread before I posted a new Ingles thread. "How can people not be discussing this monumental signing?" I wondered aloud.

Take off your coat and stay a while, Joe!

Would Matt Bonner be a terrible pick up?

According to my sauces there is good chance Jazz end up signing both Neto and Pleiss.

He's pretty much a taller (*slightly* better) Novak at this point. Can hit open 3's, is a hard worker good character guy, but is otherwise so poor at basketball that he can't play real minutes anyway. That said, Lindsey is a Spurs grad so who knows.

Looks like Trey Lyles will finally join the team. A rookie having a contract war is still strange. Hopefully we'll see him on Thursday.

My coffee said the same! It's decided then!

But in all seriousness, I think Pleiss would be nice addition to the roster, I kind of don't understand Neto's signing and it doesn't make much sense to me.

It likely means Alfonso is getting traded.

Yeah, that's one of the possible scenarios where it would make some sense to bring him over.

Situation with Neto is more clear, he is not expected back in his team, there is not much buzz around him, so i guess there is not much offers for him at the moment.Jazz expressed interest in both him and Pleiss and if there is some concrete offer for him(probably 3rd string player)something like partially guaranteed contract, I'd say he would accept it.

Pleiss OTOH, has more offers from Europe(Germany,Spain, some team from Italy) but earlier during last season he expressed interest to play in NBA, so unless his asking price is outrageous for Jazz, there is no much sense for him to leave for Europe since those teams interested in him are worse than one he played last season.
