Didn't JW resign from the Girzzlies or is he still a consultant?

The Lakers are officially on elite status as of today.

Great trade for both teams.

Lakers trade for the present and Memphis trades for the future.

Damnit.

this trade is going to resound through the halls of NBA legendarium for all time.

The Memphis Grizzlies just handed Kobe--an All Time Great, and bound to be one of the biggest figures in the history of the game--a second shot at proving his greatness sans Shaq. This is an excellent chance that this trade will live in infamy for years to come.

I don't see how you would be willing to take the risk of being on the losing end of something like that.

Please tell me at least some of this is sarcasm. Gasol a great? Not blooody likely, hey at least the Blazers didn't get him, they could've been scary. But on the lakers, I look for him to stunt Bynum's growth so im not too worried.

Got English?

The All-Time Great line was in reference to Kobe. Please try again.

So next year the Lakers are:
Bynum
Gasol
Walton/FA?
Bryant
Fisher
Not a team i fear.

But you fear them if Odom is there??? He's been a big time disappointment this season, so it won't be much of a loss, particularly when you consider he sucks at SF.

Anyway, Trevor Ariza will like be the starting SF, assuming we don't trade Odom before that.

Either way, the starting lineup is going to be difficult for anyone to deal, with or without Odom.

How are they going to afford to pay Kobe (biggest contract in the league), Gasol's sizable contract, and than give Bynum the extension is mosdef going to get?

The country of Spain will help cover the costs.

We'll be fine. ;)

Well maybe if you worded it better, I could understand what you were talking about.

Wow.....it's called the English language. Usually, the dashes indicate what is known as an interjection--a phrase or group of words that interrupt the flow of the sentence to modify or expand upon a previous point. See how I just did that? Now quit trying to excuse yourself.
