Preseason : @ Denver 10/8

1st preseason game and it's only available to listen to (unless you like the illegal streams).
Starters : Russ, Andre, KD, McGary, Adams (MCGARY!!!!)
Brooks says Westbrook and Durant won't play much and maybe not at all in the second half.

What are you looking for????

Specifically I will pay attention to McGary, who and how he gels with. His screens. Can he hit some mid range shots. Does his transition game translate to the preseason (and hopefully reg season)????

I won't get radio, but will catch a box score hopefully. I'd say McGary too, hoping he shows something to get into the rotation this season. Also keeping an eye on the Kiwi if he's added some moves to his offense.

I wish I can watch NBA basketball but we don't have cable. Now I can only watch NBA on ABC when it's on.

Listening on and off to Sports Animal WWLS and Adams is 'mean' right now!! 14 1st qtr pts.

They played well. McGary and Adams together is going to be a ton of fun. He was a little banged up but played through it.

Everyone was a little sloppy - even the refs.

Lamb had a bad night. Jackson was not the best player on the floor. If that's what he wants to be he has a long way to go.

Roberson looks like he worked very hard this offseason, made a couple great defensive plays tonight. Too many fouls against..

Both Thomas and Zanna played a good amount of minutes, not bad but they will be in the D-League this season.

Was Lamb jacking up shots or just missing? Didn't catch the game, but saw that he was 1-14 from the floor.

Above is a post game from the Oklahoman with comments from Brooks, Durant and Adams.

SA : Sounds like they unleashed Adams tonight (they were def holding him back, mostly working on specific pieces last year) and he had a nice box score, and 6 fouls...it's preseason but can't make that a habit.

MM : Continues to show off his driving and passing abilities. He and Adams had some nice work in the post.

JL : not a good outing, Brooks doesn't seem worried....so he either expected it or knows something we don't.

RJ : Tried a little to hard, heard some defensive breakdowns, when I could listen, and was pretty selfish.

Postface all this by saying....it's preseason.
