OT (again): Anyone able to edit gifs?

I asked this on reddit w/ some success but figured I'd check here. I'm illiterate w/ this stuff and use a chromebook which limits the software I can use anyway. But I'm on another site and wanted a gif made (its for college football), sort of a running joke we have going but wanted a new edit to it. If anyone is able to crop gifs easily and its not difficult for them to do, give me a shout, I was gonna ask basically the same thing I did on reddit but with a different head on the 50 cent "drive by" gif. Was looking to get a football coach's head put in the back seat (Jim Haslett). If you're good w/ that stuff let me know, just felt comfortable w/ you guys here and thought I'd ask. Completely random yes, I know.

And maybe we should start a random OT thread sometime.
