RC / FA DRAFT RULES

RULE - The draft will be only two rounds and includes all NBA Rookies and all FFDL Free Agents (after rosters are trimmed to size). If you add a player in the RC/FA Draft, you must drop a player to make room.

RULE - The draft does NOT snake. The 2nd round draft order is determined by regular season standings. Lottery balls are only for the 1st round.

RULE - The champion, as always, will have the last pick of each round.

RULE - Those who finish 2nd to 6th will only receive 1 ball. Those who finish 7th to 9th in the REGULAR SEASON will receive 3 balls. Those who finish 10th to 12th in the REGULAR SEASON will receive 5 balls. Those who finish 13th and 14th will receive 8 lottery balls.

RULE - only picks posted on the roster page are available for trade

IL LIST

Player must miss 5 full games consecutively before dropped. For each drop, you must announce the IL placement on the Yahoo board and update the IL list. Example, 'IL Jonas Valančiūnas' as title. Body looks something like this:

Jonas Valančiūnas - sly
Vince Carter - Skai
Gilbert Arenas - AlciG

You can hold two players max on the IL. You can swap players to and from the IL (including traded players) without penalty.

Any misuse of the IL (i.e. player does not miss 5 full games) will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis by the commissioner. Please notify commissioner if somebody skirts the rules.
