The front office is not down on Prince but do recognize that he is limited going forward, but if they wait until the summer he has more value because his deal is then an expiring contract. They are also fundamentally opposed to trading a first round pick just to get rid of a player. That is a luxury that large market teams can afford, but not a useful tool for small market teams. (or just something they have observed that San Antonio never does or would do)

What up Grizz nation!

Just curious would your front office entertain a trade for M. Conley? Something built around I. Thomas and or 1st in this yrs draft?

How?

The only way it seems fiscally possible is to amnesty Randolph, waive Prince and TA via the stretch provision, decline Koufos' option, and decline to offer Ed the QO.

And then pray that Carmelo will even consider Memphis and that Pau will play for the MLE.

Hey Grizz fans! Just wondering what it would take to get Randolph on the Suns. Word is you might be looking to trade him and we have cap and picks.

I hope you're kidding. Unless you're talking strictly about picking over the bones of that Celtics team.

Jeff Green would be the type of player who's best suited off the bench. Although he could be useful, I wouldn't agree that he's the Grizzlies biggest need if it means replacing Z-Bo in the process.

Count me in the camp that say we need Jeff Green or that type of player for our starting lineup. Chandler Parsons and Gordon Heyward are probably out of our price range so an athletic SF with three point range is a necessity.

We will not be trading the #22 pick for him though, as per NBA rules we have to actually make our selection this year, but Prince's expiring deal does have some value, and since the second year of Jeff Green's deal is a player option the price can not be too high, maybe Quincy Poindexter can be included to make weight.

Celtic fan, wondering what it would take to pry Koufos?

If we can get something like J. Green / T. Young
i think a fair deal is: Budinger-Barea for Prince- Lee

Budinger really scares me, but I would be okay with Corey Brewer.
