Although things can happen next offseason for the Knicks, I have my doubts that even Marc Gasol would leave the Grizz for the offensive-orient Knicks team.

Memphis Grizzlies is the realest franchise, your style just represents Memphis, like showtime Lakers & LA.

Project Pat should be the global ambassador ala Drake in Toronto.

Dear Memphis,

Can we please attempt to avoid each other in the first round this year?

Love, Thunder.

Nothing is guarantee in the Western Conference. This is a conference where team fight it out the best way they can and let the chips fall where they lay.

Looks like Scott Brooks is out as Thunder coach. Not too surprised.

Looks like DeAndre Jordan screws the Mavs and goes back to the Clippers after they failed to keep him the FA meeting. Can the Clips ever have enough rivals? First Lakers, Grizzlies, Warriors, now the Mavs. Will wonders ever cease?

Would the Grizzlies send out Vince Carter for Nick Young in a multi-team trade?
Disclaimer: Trades I post shouldn't make you stressed or angry if you disagree. If you say it's unproductive because it won't happen and we're only allowed to post deals that actually happen, it takes away 99% of trades here and the fun out of the board.

No Nick Young. Too inconsistent on both ends of the floor and too full of himself. I probably wouldn't mind having a look into Lou Williams however.

Joerger and Pera don't seem to have a great relationship, and it definitely looks like Pera wants Thibs.

I think Joerger will end up in Minnesota eventually. That's his home, and with their incredibly talented young core and newfound HC vacancy, I think he's chomping at the bit to make his way there.

Writing is on the wall, IMO.

The whole organization are not on the same page. Joerger wants to run a quick pace style, but doesn't have the right roster to run with. It's also likely that he's already lost the locker room with his recent post game comments about guys too old to run against more superior opponents like the Warriors or Cavs for instance. GM Chris Wallace appears all content with the current roster with the addition of Mario Chalmers to help boost the roster. As for Hollinger, sorry, but what was he brought in for again? Personally this roster needs to be rebuilt for the better. I also think that Joerger, Wallace and Hollinger need to go as well due to the fact these guys can't get this ship to right in the right direction in quick it needs to go. Teams cannot turn the keys over to complementary players who struggle to stay highly consistent on a nightly basis and expect to get the results they seek. The Grizzlies went through this with Pau Gasol when he was here. Look what happened from that scenario. Complementary player goes to another team with a superstar and got two rings as a result. As the old adage says: "History has a way of repeating itself."

Looks like Fish is out as Knicks coach and somewhere in the Bluff City, Matt Barnes is probably laughing his a** off of Fish getting his just desserts.
