The Grizzlies have to do a better job defending the perimeter game and stop the bleeding on the boards. They are getting owned right now. Need to stop with the sloppy mistakes and get back to playing Grizzball.

 Almost there.

This game maybe seem to be a loss, but looks to be a win on the trade front.

Prince is like, let me just throw this game, I'm done. He is going to retire after this trade I feel bad about it, had a good Career and before he came to memphis I liked him.

Prince can still contribute to a team. The question is will the Celts allow him to part ways so he can play for a contender?

As for Prince as a player, I have great respect for him ever since he played against my Magic back in 2004 when T-Mac was there and he single handedly made T-Mac struggled the rest of the series after the Pistons found themselves down 3-1 on the brink of elimination. He earned my respect from that day forward. I wished he was the same Tayshaun Prince when the Grizz traded Rudy Gay back in 2013. He did all he could in-spite of his age and pain from last season. I wish him the best the rest of the way.

Best of luck TP.

The Memphis Grizzlies, where older Celtics wing players come to restart their careers.

All we need is Ray Allen and the list is complete.

Lost the game, but I think Pelicans are the real losers in this game if they take on the Q-pon salary without compensation, IMO.

Considering his worth, the Pels could use a little more. If I'm the Pels, I'm looking to trade Eric Gordon and get a more efficient and reliable SG who doesn't have a history of injuries.

Hey he played decent for the old Hornets, maybe he will play for the new Pelicans, I do think he needs the change of scenery though, memphis was pressing to get rid of him and i bet you anything its not because of the luxury tax, its because Joeger is done. But what does this mean for Memphis you ask? 2, and I say again 2!!! Roster Spots for 10 day contracts and FA. HELLO DALEMBERT, BLATHCHE, BEAS, DAMION JAMES, HAMILTON, ETC

I think we need to consider a backup 4/5 man, preferably someone young we can try out in limited minutes or D-League , with the Acquisition of Green, allow Adams to plays some minutes and if we still struggle look to add a wing just for Athletism sake, but by now Jordan Adams is looking a bit more fit, if I head correctly he has dropped some 35-40 lbs since we drafted him, and Stokes has lost some weight too, not as much, but some. If Adams can add some vertical and drop a couple more lbs and maybe put on a couple in muscle by the playoffs, our boy could be looking solid.

A change of scenery is good as long as the person benefits well from it. In the case of Q-Pon, I would take advantage of it, considering how lousy the Pels bench really is.

Although we're getting Green, I still believe the Grizzlies need another SF with some athleticism like you said above to have some leverage on our side. The Grizzlies keep getting beat up by teams like NOP, ATL with their up-tempo style of play can be detrimental and prove costly for the Grizzlies in the long run. We got Green, now we need a player like Harkless, Dudley or Middleton to close the book on the issue of SFs.

I saw this one. NO was just hot from the field and the Grizz were very rusty. Really poor showing for Conley on both ends. He could not finish over Davis at the rim - easier said than done clearly. Their entire team was on fire from the floor, from Holiday to Ryan Anderson. Tyreke Evans could do no wrong either. Our defense just wasn't there in this one.
