Lionel Hollins...

After seeing him coach opposite the Grizzlies I'm not that upset his contract wasn't renewed now. I'm not sure what sort of clash he had with management but it appears the higher ups made the right call. Plus he looked constantly pissed during the game and I can't imagine that would help bring in any new talent.

He is a very good coach, and a straight shooter even if others don't agree with his conclusion, which is old school in a way but you have a new type of owner and with new executives so you have to adapt and when you don't you can become a dinosaur rather quickly if they don't share your vision and approach. Coach J is not necessarily better at coaching but he can get along a lot better within the current organization. Coach J was also on the verge of being fired last season too.
