Early start time may be a huge factor in this one, I hope we get off to a great start.

Some of the calls in this game have been shockingly bad. Ghost foul calls against the Grizz and nothing the other way - really egregious so far.

That travel call on Zach was particularly bad - three guys absolutely hammering him and they call a travel.

How do you call that on the floor? Clearly an And 1 for Randolph.

That could be the worst no call foul I have ever seen with Jeff Green getting bulldozed to the ground.

Then an offensive foul on a normal shooting motion by Parsons because the defender tripped over him? It helps us, but that made absolutely no sense.

I was listening to the post game show about how the refs missed some calls from the game. Also that the Grizz allow the Mavs to get the better of them on the boards mostly from the off.rebounding which lead to second chance points. Plus not being able to score in the last few minutes of the game. Couple of issues I've noticed myself is that the Grizz went 3-22 from beyond he arc and got outscored 26-19 from the bench. Need to go back to the drawing board to correct those mistakes. This lost puts the Mavs on our heels. Given our competitive division, this team can't afford too many slip ups as we know placement can change like night and day.

The refs sucks but we dont lost because of them. We didnt make outside shoots, and if marc is going to play 39min i want him to shoot the ball more than 13 times... Lee, Conley and Green took more shots than marc or zbo i n less min.
I dont like Joerger substitution, its kinda sucks. Why Calathes is playing? I guess we are showing him.

btw, welcome Jeff !!

How does the fanbase feel about Joerger. I'm not high on the guy myself. Hockey substitutions (full bench on court), undefined roles, strange minutes from game to game, timeout situations, leaning to heavily on Randolph / Gasol / Conley & leaving them gassed when needed in closing 4th quarters, adjusting to teams hitting perimeter shots, etc. He has decent plays out of timeouts but I feel a lot of the wins is more on the absolute great talent of the team then it is a by product of coaching. I could be absolutely wrong here though.

What does the Grizzlies fanbase think of Joerger as a Coach of an elite team and as a Championship caliber coach. When I watch Carlisle I see a guy who can go head to head against Pop - I don't see the same thing out of Joerger. It may be that whenever they show him on TV he's always doing that sarcastic smirk/chuckle that comes off poorly...

Green seems to be fitting into the squad pretty good. He still learning the team play book for obvious reasons. He has continue to contribute from off the bench scoring double figures and being active doing the little things to help the Grizz win games. They Grizz are 3-1 with Green so far. Getting Green is the step in the right direction. Just need to make a couple of more moves and I think the Grizz could strengthen their chances of going all the way.
