Competitive in Practice

Post#1 » by SD2042 » Wed Sep 24, 2008 4:49 pm

The Grizzlies according to Ron Tillery are showing some swagger in the competitive practice they're participating in right now for the upcoming season. The big question I have is how will their current dedication will transfer into the upcoming season?

saw that too, and was encouraged.

Sad part...I bet OJ could take Darko if it came down to straight-up fisticuffs....

Mike should be the starter - barring injury. However, I still see Lowry getting a fair chunk of minutes.

^^ Thanks for the info friend, good luck with the Griz this year. You're gonna have a sweet team in 3 years, but it'll be exciting to watch the kids play now.

So far he's just shown up, participated in the media day photo shoot, spoke to a few reporters (through a translator) and that's about all we know. Marc Gasol apparently had some nice things to say about his game though.

I just spoke with his translator, and he said Hamed did very well but exhausted. He had a lot of good things to say about Darko. Cant wait to see him here in Orlando in April.

Good or bad things? I suppose good because Hamed has not really played against top level talent.
