Memphis Grizzlies vs Indiana Pacers 10/13

The Grizzlies picked up their first win of the preseason against the Charlotte Bobcats on Friday night and will look to build on that momentum tonight against the Indiana Pacers. Much like the Grizzlies, the Pacers are a team on the rise who made a couple of big splashes in the offseason. Tonight’s game should definitely be entertaining to watch, as both teams emphasize pushing the ball on offense and scoring on transition baskets.

Pacer fan here,

Definitley want to watch the PG match up and curious to see both Gay (whoma lot of love her and ccompare often to Danny Granger) Mayo and Warrick

Should be a fun game to watch.

Good luck in the season. Too bad your not in the eastern confrence, where I could see yuo guys making a push to the playoffs as early as next season

It should be a pretty good game. The Grizz need to turn the tempo up on the Pacers to get them running. The last thing that needs to happen is to allow the Pacers dictate this game for the Grizz into inconsistant offense.

Well, M. Gasol's double-double in this game surprised me; and good to see Mayo find his outside shot as well.

Mayo had his best game so far this preseason. 26pts, 5stls, and going 6-8 from beyond the arc.

Let Marc Gasol play and you'll get surprised every game. He should average a double double every night. In Spain he was stat king, beating Sabonis records and improving his brothers stuff in ACB league (MVP last season). He also did his first double-double in the NBA earlier than his brother Pau.
He's a pure center like there's few.
He needs some more minutes to get used to new team in order to perform as good as he can.

Im going on record as to say within 3 years Memphis will have one of the 5 best backcourts in the NBA. (Mayo/Connelly)

Mayo really mimpressed me last night. He willl take some time learning the intangibles, but he can flat out score!

With a nucleus of Gay/MAy/Connelly your future looks bright!

First off, it's Conley. As for the Grizzlies being one of the better backcourts in the future. It could happen as long as they play their cards right.

I think Conley is one of the quickest PG's in the league
