Hornets extend QO to Kemba Walker, Bismack, Tobias Harris and Decline Jeff Taylor making him a UFA.

We accept the 2 year TO on Cody Zeller and retain Al Jefferson's bird rights.

I believe I've already waived rights to all the scrubs that were on my roster, but for formalities' sake, Boston announces that the waivers all TPEs created by trades etc so that we have the cap space that shows up on the roster page. We're retaining rights on all 8 2nd rounders on the roster right now.

Brook Lopez is still on the Suns, I don't know why you made him a free agent, his contract isn't up and he doesnt have a player or ET option
