Coaching Rules:

We will have head coaches in this game.

1. Make sure to list them on your roster page. - In order to hire a new coach you will send offers to Note30

(note30.realgm@gmail.com.)

2. We will not be using assistant coaches in this game or any other staff member. Only Head Coaches.

3. Head Coaches are eligible to be traded just like players. You may also fire OR hire a coach.

4. Please have the head coach you'd like to hire in the subject of your email. Please indicate your team and Coach
(i.e. "COACHING HIRE REQUEST - MIN")

As always coaching guidelines are as follows:

- Coach's may or may not sign at any given point.
- They may sign right away (once an offer is received) or a week from when an offer is received.
- Coach's occasionally will only take offers if they have demands met (players can't be traded, you must contend, etc.)
- Coaching is based on realism, fit, and basketball reasons.

Please take all of these into consideration when sending your offers for coachs.

- Once a coach is fired, you may then send in offers for them.

You may hire any head coach not currently employed by a team, although again this goes with what the coach himself thinks. College Coaches will be under heavy scrutiny, and are very unlikely to leave unless the fit is perfect.

The Thunder have agreed to terms with Tom Thibodeau. He accepted a 3 year/5.5 million dollar contract under the stipulation we don't trade Westbrook

The Pelicans are pleased to announce the hiring of 4 time Euroleague champion Ettore Messina as their head coach. Messina agreed to a 4 year deal worth 22 million dollars, And has an ETO after year 3. Messina indicated that he was particularly excited to work with Nikola Vucivic, the Pelicans 1st round pick in the contraction draft, and MVP candidate Anthony Davis. "I think those guys can be the foundation to a championship team for years to come, and I would not have agreed to a deal if I hadn't been guaranteed I'd get to work with them."

Terms of the deal
15-16: $4,000,000
16-17: $5,000,000
17-18: $6,000,000
18-19: Coach's ETO for $7,000,000

Stipulations: Cannot trade Nikola Vucavic or Anthony Davis

Breaking News: The Chicago Bulls have hired Jeff Van Gundy to be their new head coach. He has signed a 3 year, 19.5 million dollar contract. He is ready to get back into the game coaching and win his first championship as a coach! He was mulling over others offers, but he decided Chicago is the right place to go to. He knows this team can win it all with a great starting five of Teague, Beal, Young, Ibaka, and Gasol who will be in their prime during his tenure. This team is already built with excellent defense, but with his great defensive schemes/knowledge, the Bulls will only get better on defense. Jeff Van Gundy wants to build the Bulls around Ibaka/Gasol and he will like them to not get traded. Welcome to Chicago, JVG!
