General Roster Format (may vary slightly):
1. Team Name
2. Email and AIM
3. Roster with Salaries
4. Depth Chart: This may be updated before a trade is approved, but your salaries may not. I don't care if you do your depth chart with pictures, I don't care if you show how many minutes a player plays, depth charts are just a good way for GMs to judge value.
5. Transactions: All transactions must be clearly marked and listed in chronological order. You may come up with your system. You do not have to post in your transactions if you are revoking the rights to a free agent (not extending the QO or TO) but it could be helpful in the future.
Recommendations:
A trading block, or some way to show the value of players on your team is recommended. I also advise that you write a little info on the direction of your team, as many times it improves the quality of offers you receive.

Re: GM a Team - We're bored edition - Rosters
Toronto Raptors

GOALS
I wanted to build a team that utilizes DeRozan's talent because I feel that with the right surroundings he can be an absolutely devastating offensive player.
I also wanted to improve the defensive potential of this team because it has been something that has held them back from the beginning of their existence.
My starting five is one of the most well-balanced and young units in basketball. Anthony Davis has a tremendous frame, a nice jump shot, and a defensive tenacity that is not rivaled by many players. Valancianus, likewise, is an energetic defensive player. He also has great instincts at grabbing offensive rebounds in the post and a very good jump shot for a center.
Beal is one of the most exciting prospects in basketball. He has a pure jump shot, he's athletic and is a very good defensive shooting guard.
And Augustin? One of the purest shooting point guards in the league, a good defender for his size, a true floor general. I think he is exactly what a point guard should be. Is he the next Chris Paul? No, but he is very, very good.
Overall I am very excited by this team. It has three players drafted in the top 5 in the past two years, plus two other lottery picks in the starting five. Motiejunas should have been a lottery pick last year, and Thomas was a very high draft pick as well and has turned into one of the best young defensive players in the league. Richard Jefferson is an extremely talented wing off the bench, and Weems is another young player I am excited to see progress. This team is an example of exactly what a rebuilding team should do. And in two years when all of my big salaries come off the books and the only commitment I will have besides rookie contracts is Tyrus Thomas and DeMar Derozan's contract? We should be able to add a max free agent to our team, along with another lottery pick or two from prior years. Too bad the real Raptors aren't this full of hope.

Side note: Tim Duncan will not be made available during the course of this game unless the name coming back is Howard or James or some other similarly superstar name. I would think it would be too big of a PR risk to try to trade Duncan. Ginobili and Parker can be had for the right price though it is steep.
