"Portland has decided to retool around the younger core of Damien Lillard and Nic Batum, moving on from the LaMarcus Aldridge era. Trade LMA (+other vets if desired) to maximize a rebuilding package that compliments Lillard and Batum, with the main pieces being under 25 years old.

"Washington is in the hunt for the top of the East, but have given up big performances to players like Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James. Losing Trevor Ariza has shown to really affect their perimeter defense, and the Wizards don't have anyone to count on to shut down some of those big names (Webster isn't the same on D after his injury). Bring in a defensive specialist on the wing who can play 15-20 minutes per night, and guard some of the best wings in the game.

I'll throw two out there:

1.) Knicks are having trouble with the triangle offense. Very few understand it, and no one on the current Knicks team seem to be grasping it any time soon. Derek Fisher cannot coach any other style and that is all Phil Jackson wants for New York. Phil Jackson and Derek Fisher want "triangle guys" in New York, so make this happen. Either bring guys in who have "done it", or bring guys in who "can do it".

Untouchable= No one, but very unlikely Carmelo leaves.

2.) Lakers are actually contending, and Kobe and Nash are playing MVP level basketball at the all star break. Everything seems to be clicking and the Lakers are firing on all cylinders, with everyone healthy for once, BUT Mitch still wants to improve the team since he is so stubborn. Bring the Lakers another star, YET still contending now and in the future.
