OaT v5 - Player & Coach Signings

This thread will be for all signings of players and coaching staff.

Make sure to check Team Spread Sheets to see if who you want to sign is even available.

Player and coach signings need to be cleared with league offices (roc) 1st. As always, min contract players are an exception to this rule. I may send offers to a 3rd party if I need help in determining best situation for a coach.

Coach K, Izzo, and all long tenured top tier College coaches as well as retired coaches are off limits.

All players that are retired in RL are now eligible to be hired

As with all transactions your roster page must be up to date before making an offer. IF it is not you will have to complete roster page then resubmit offers.

The Seattle Supersonics are proud to announce the hiring of Gregg Popovich, the best coach in the NBA, and one of the greatest of all time, as our new head coach, on a contract estimated to be $36M over three seasons, $12M per.

Current head coach Alvin Gentry will be demoted to assistant status and given the title of 'Associate Head Coach', for a salary of $24M over the three seasons remaining on his RL contract, $8M per.

Tim Duncan and Kobe Bryant have been signed as new Nets assistants coaches.

Duncan - $4,000,000 over 4 years.
Bryant - $4,000,000 over 4 years.

The Utah Jazz are proud to announce the hiring of Steve Kerr as out new head coach. The contact is in the ballpark of $40M over 5 years.

Breaking news out of Barcelona!

Brad Stevens has agreed to a $12mil per - 5 season deal at a total of $60mil to takeover as head coach. Tom Thibodeau will be staying on as assistant coach at a cost of $8mil per.

There were said to be a couple of suitors for his services that offered him a deal right out of the gate. He chose the one that was more than double the money via 3rd party approval.

sorry I didn't have time to post this earlier today when all the coach signings went down. RL kind of got in the way.

Roc ran the offers by me earlier and i agreed that his offer would have been the on Brad Stevens would accept given both the financial terms and the opportunity to work with the young MN (now Barcelona) Team. APPROVED - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ROSTER

The Pittsburgh Pistol Whippers have officially fired Dwayne casey and have hired Luke Walton to run the show.

4 years / 5 million per.

Luke is welcomed with open arms, as he will yeah the young bucks how to play here in Pittsburgh. D'Angelo Russell couldn't be happier.

The bucks will sign Pat McCaw for his contraction contract. It is a league minimum so we can absorb without cap room.

Nuggets will absorb Multiple undrafted players from the contraction that have contracts less than the vet min.

Felder isn't a minimum contract. It was part of tax-payer mid level to get him at 3 years. You would need cap room to sign him.
