Same Franchise Draft (70's to Now) - Draft Thread

1. You can draft any player from the 1969-70 season to the 2016-17 season, choosing a NBA or ABA season.

2. You have to draft 8 players, maximum amount of 90.0 total FGA. There will be a .85 multiplier for any season before the NBA/ABA merger.

3. Each of your picks must have played for the same franchise in at least one regular season or playoff game. For example, if you select Tim Duncan first, your next pick must have played for the Spurs. If your second pick was Dennis Rodman (SAS 94/95), your third pick could have played for the Spurs. This continues until you make all 8 selections.

4. You can use any season of your players, regardless of whether or not those players played for the franchise that all of your players have in common. For example, you can use a Portland season of Clyde Drexler, a Houston season of Hakeem Olajuwon and a Phoenix season of Charles Barkley, if you draft all three of those players.

5. We will use ABBABABA format.

6. There will be a limit of 16 teams.

7. The clock will run from 9 AM to 12 AM, EST. You have two hours, starting with the last selection, to make your pick. If you do not pick within the allotted time, you can and should be skipped in the interest of speed. You can pick at any time afterwards.

8. The winner will be decided in a 16 team playoff. Matchups will be random through each round.

9. Clock will start 4/24/17 at 9 AM EST.
