Hello. I'm new here and i start with a question (this is the main reason im here). Im into NBA for a 5-6 years. About like 3 years ago I started being intrested in statistical analysis. Now I wanted to have a little fun with numbers on my own and here is the question. Do you know any website, book or something with compendium of statistical analysis (best if basketball but everything will be helpful)?
Sorry if the question was already asked and sorry for my english it's not my native language.
Thanks in advance

Hello, chinese person
Most people recommend 'Dean Oliver - Basketball on Paper'. There are some terrible preconceptions in there, but it's useful for beginners, I guess
And there's always the APBR forum http://apbr.org/metrics/
